Palm synch to your Global contact list

How can the Palm Pilot sychronize to both your Outlooks Personal Contact list and your companies Global Contact List.

As far as I know, if you are using Outlook, you will not be able to. If you copy the Global address list in the users contact list, then it will copy to the Palm. That is the only way I know it will work.

We use a script to export the contents of the Global Address list to a Contacts folder in the Exchange Server Public Folders.
Here's a sample script for the very purpose you asked:

Then, we configure the Palm-Outlook conduit (Pocketmirror, Champura, Intellisync) to sync to both the personal and the public contacts folder (their personal contacts is set as the "default").

Yes, duplicate contacts will be created in the Pilot if the user already hasin his/her personal contacts folder some of the same names that are in the Global List.
