Partitioning a hard drive to boot two di

I have a 40gig hardrive and want to partition it 50%win98/50%win2k. What is the procedure after deleting the old partition? Is it possible to do this? I have experience creating and deleting partitions and reformatting hard drive but I donot understand the process for dual os bootup Please help?

This is what you need to do:
1. Delete all old paritions
2. Create a 50% partition on primary and format it to FAT32, install Windows 98. Leave the other 50% unpartitioned.
3. After Windows 98 installed, use Windows 2000 to bootup your system.
4. Follow the setup instruction, install W2K into the remaining 50% of partitons. Select W2K during the first reboot coz it need to finish up the setup.
5. After installation done, you will see a dual-boot menu during system startup.
