Password

Someone gave me a computer running Windows 2000. It is a “Kenitec” Norcent (that is what the front of the harddrive says). I cannot get on the computer at all. It asks for a password to even get through setup. I would like to reformat the harddrive, but I can’t get pass the password. then I try passwords and on the 3rd attempt it says system disabled. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
