The company I work for has a policy to change user passwords every 60 days. This works fine for our connected users but we have several users who use laptops with Windows 2000 to dial into our network. When these people dial into our network during the password change time frame they are logging into there laptops then dialing into our network. When they get connected thru the dialup they are told to change the pasword but when they do the laptop is no longer synchronized with the domain. This is causing our users to get locked out. The next time they directly conect to the domain via the LAN they can use the new password on the laptop. Is there a way to get 2000 to synchronize the domain password with the account on the laptop over a dialup connection?
