Password problems with Access 2000

The problem we are having is with MS Access 2000.

Some of our students here are setting a password within Access.

At the User and Group accounts options with tools,security.

Once this is set , the next person to use Access is prevented fromusing Access.

What can we do?

We have tried reloading Access but joy.

The only way to solve it is to re-ghost the pc.
