What to do:

If you need access and are supposed to have access, escalate the matter with the management and get access.

What to not do:

If you want access and are NOT supposed to have access, do not ask for help in breaking into a system. That is a criminal act.

he doenot want me to install any kind of software
because he thinks that it will slow down the computer thats all as we hav a very low capacity i.e., only 256RAM but there is no question of any privacy here
he had previously given one password to me but when i installed a software he changed the password and now he is not giving it to me
i am even unable to BURN a CD
which will be helpful for me to store a software
that is why i have posted this question
sorry but i have never hurt any ones privacy
any ways
thank you for the reply

You’re welcome. Sometimes, when the computer does not belong to us, we must accept what the owner gives us.

Look forward to the day when the computer belongs to you and you can do anything you want to with it! 😀

Take care…

you are trying to get unauthorized access to a computer that does not belong to you. That is a crime.

A few things to think of

If this is a work system (you didn’t really say) then you need to keep your usage work related. If there is software you need to have installed in order to do your job, approach your Admin. MOST admins are very reasonable and will do what they can to make sure you have what you NEED.

If this is not work related software on a work system, shame on you.

If this is a personal system that belongs to a friend or roommate, the best bet is to look at a Barebones system. Get a whole computer for about $300, depending on your needs.

Admins are here to HELP you do your job, and protect the company assests. Try taking the admin out for coffee and explain what you want and why.

NEVER try to get access to a computer that is not your own, and never ask working professionals how to do something illegal.

Good luck.
