hi ppl,
i was not able to login into yahoo messenger today due to problems in password. in password recovery procedure, i have provided the infomation required vis.,date of birth,postal code, country, etc. but it did not ask secret question for which i have the ans. after entering the info, it says, “the data you entered is not matching with the yahoo data base” and “enter security image correctly”. i have tried the above procedure 4-5 times, and finally it said, “For your protection, your account has been disabled, pleas try later”.
Pls suggest me how to recover my password back. I have also reported to yahoo customer care, they have sent an e-mail mentioning the above procedure. but now, its saying my account is diabled and i have to try after some time.. pls suggest me, what to do.
