Pay Disparity
LockedI just started working on a project at a well known healthcare institution. There are 5 of us, all hired and all started at the same time. I thought I was making pretty good money at $25/hr, until I find out my co-workers are making $27/hr. What should I do? Should I say anything to my recruiter? I am normally happy with that rate, and the last time I asked an employer to explain “fairness”, they chose to can me rather than have to explain fairness. I don’t want to rock the boat, yet I don’t want to be taken advantage of, either….
Thanks,
