PC Abnormality Checking

Good Day;

Lately I having network down in my company, after I solve the problem is because 1 of the PC are sending many broadcast packets over the network. When I found the PC but can not see what is wrong of the PC.

How can I monitor the PC performance with not using the Task Manager? If have Software to help on this.

What I want is a software able to capture any abnormality of the PC for example sending broadcast packets over the network.

if you have any idea about this, please share with me. TQ in advance.
