I am the admin here and I have a boss that uses PC Any from his house to sync files and to check email and all that good stuff. I have tried to use it until today and I am stupid to it. He is freezing up on the Host computer here. He will does about a dozen transfers and then it will stop responding. He said that he signed off and then back on about 10 times last night and sometimes it would kicked him off or freeze up. He came in today and the Host computer was locked up and had to be rebooted. He said that this has never happened and using version 8 or 9. I have a copy of 10 here but he said that will not work. He is connecting using DSL with a static IP. Can some one explain this to me or give me a solution. I am leaving for Myrtle Beach in less than hour and he expects an answer today and if not I better walk in Mon and have it fixed in a couple of minutes. PLEASE HELP ME!! I just got out of school and this is my first Admin job at the age of 21. I have a lot of learning to do I know.
