I am having a problem with a generic PC running Win95. The PC is fine until Shutdown, then after displaying the system is shutting down screen, instead of the Safe to turn off PC screen, the PC reboots, reloading Win95. I found info on random reboots but this seems to only happen on Shutdown. Thanks.
