My PC recently started having a strange problem where it will skip, like a cd skipping or something, but it happens in everything. The audio/video freezes and speeds up for a fraction of a second every so often, happens in music files, games, videos, everything as far as I can tell. I didn’t change my video drivers, audio drivers, or any drivers for that matter recently. The only change I can think of was i converted the Non OS disk to a dynamic disk, but i doubt that’s causing it.
Has anyone heard of this before? I’m not sure what to look at other than just re-imaging the system.
