    PC Troubleshooting

    Iam using a Sound Blaster 16 card,when I playing a music CD,I am only receiving sound out of one channel,what could be causing this and how do I fix it.

      It would be very unusual for the problem to be internal. Everything works – or nothing works from sound cards usually. Try unplugging both you primary speaker cable, and secondary speaker cable – check them for obvious damage and if everything appears OK reconnect them. Also check your balance setting if you are using an amp to verify 50/05 (or something close) is requested? That sort of problem drives one nuts – huh?
