PC using terabytes of data overnight
Woke up this morning and my internet was down, so I did all the basic troubleshooting. When doing so I noticed my app said had about 4 terabytes of usage this month (March 1 – March 13) my average usage for previous months was in the 500gb-800gb range.
Thought it was a glitch but when I looked in the data usage portion of my network settings the first line was “System” and said over 5 terabytes!!! Keep in mind this happened almost overnight as well. Anybody else ever see something like this happen and know how to stop it? I disconnected the PC for now because it looks like it’s still increasing.
Any help would be appreciated

I wonder if your internet connection is being hacked and used by another person. I suggest that you contact your internet provider for help. I find that much usage seems next to impossible by a single user.
Another possibility is if some malicious software or application is accessing your data that is installed on your computer.
