When I try to turn on my PC I get a blank screen, no beeps, the fans are running and the lights on the motherboard and power supply are on. When I try to turn the computer off it will not shut down, the light on the power switch stays on. I disconnected it from the power surge, then reconnected and I did not have to hit the power switch it was already on. Please help. Thanks
It was the RAM, I took it out and put it back in and it booted right up. The reason I didn’t think it was RAM was because I had no beeps.But thanks to all of you who helped!
