PDA & XHTML Compatibility

Hello,
I am creating an application in MS-Access 97.
How do I find info on application planning, development & testing.
I want to know where can I find examples, info & references on developing with “PDA & XHTML Compatibility” in your application.

Thank you,
Charles L. Phillips
