Peer to Peer cant see Shr Logical Drvs.

I’m working on a small office peer to peer network. The so called “Server” is a Windows ME machine.(note: I did not set up this network, I’m just trying to make it work) I installed a new PC with Win98se on this network, which has a DSL Gateway to the Internet. The ISP provider has a DNS Server that dynamically assigned an IP address and subnet to the new PC and I manually installed the Gateway IP in the TCP/IP properties. The WinME PC has a HDD with an extended partition that has 2 logical drives called “I” and “K”. The new Win98se PC can see the WinME “C” HDD on the network but not the “I” or “K” drives. Also I have to open My Network Neighborhood inorder to see the WinMe “C” HDD. What must I do to see the shared drives C, I and K in Windows Explorer on the new Win98se PC, without having to open Network Neighborhood?
