Peer to Peer cant see Shr Logical Drvs.

This is a small office peer to peer network. (note: I did not set this network up. I’m just trying to make it work) The so called “Server” is a WinME machine with a HDD that has an extended partition with 2 logical drives “I” and “K”. There is a DSLgateway for Internet access. I installed a new Win98se PC on the network and manually installed the Gateway IP in TCP/IP properties. The ISP DNS Server dynamically assigned the IP and subnet addresses to the new PC. I’m able to access the Internet ok and the new Win98se PC can see the WinME “C” drive but not the I or K drives. Also I have to open My Network Neighborhood to see the WinMe C drive, I do not see it in Windows Explorer. What must I do inorder to see the C, I and K drives of the WinMe server on the new Win98se PC? I want to be able to see them in Windows Explorer and not have to open my Network Neighborhood to see them.

The ISP should not be assigning the computer IP address and mask. If you are not using a DHCP server, you should probably manually assign these addresses. Look at all of the other computers and see what addresses are being used and if they are automatically or manually assigned. The address of the computer you added to the network should be in the same subnet but with a different local address (the last of the four sets of numbers.)
