PeopleSoft HRMS - Systems Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Systems Analyst (PeopleSoft HRMS) to develop the City?s PeopleSoft HRMS version 8 functional and technical specifications, troubleshoot the HRMS functional and technical production issues, develop SQL (queries) and reports and create or redevelop HR/Payroll business processes and procedures as they relate to HRMS requirements including business process flow diagrams. This Systems Analyst will also be involved in assisting with end user documentation and handling HRMS help desk calls involving troubleshooting of issues and facilitating resolution. Knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode and SQR are highly desired.
Requirements for this position are: A BA/BS in an information technology major or a directly related technical discipline AND three years of professional level experience providing business process analysis, systems analysis of HR and Payroll system processes, application troubleshooting, writing SQL and developing test procedures and working with functional users to complete testing of code in a PeopleSoft HRMS environment, with a minimum of 1 year within a PeopleSoft HRMS version 8 (or newer) system.
Experience at the professional level working on an integrated technology software system development and/or production support may be substituted for the required education on the basis of one year of experience for one year of education; however, there is no equivalency for the experience requirement.
