permant erasure of outlook messages and addresses from work pc

I am going to end a period contract soon and I want to be able to permanently erase all the emails and addresses contained in the outlook account I used at the PC at work.
Has anybody done this succesfully?
Any suggestions as per software used?

  How is Outlook configured for you at work? What I mean is, are you connected through an Exchange server, or do you use a local pst?
