Permission to logon

One of my email clients (Outlook 2000) keeps giving the user a message stating “Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You do not have permission to logon.” No other client has this problem. It looks as though everything is configured okay on the Exchange server adn the client. Any ideas would surely help as to why this message is presented.
