Personal Folders display wrong Outlook 2k

In Outlook 2000 Personal Folders list, I have “Outlook Today[Personal Folders]” that work as intended, also have “Personal Folders” that when I right click, the message is “unable to display the folder. item could not be found.”
I am having some syncronizing problems with PDA & I thought if I could clean up this entry, it might help. How can I delete the reference to a folder that is not there?
