Personal Folders Duplicated

Hi,
We’ve been having a minor issue with a couple of our network users. They will logon to MS Outlook (2000) and have 2 identical sets of Personal Folders. Both sets of Personal Folders are mapped to a single .pst file on the machine.

To fix, we can access Mail through the Control Panel, and remove the single occurence of Personal Folders. We then close, re-open and re-map to this .pst file. There are also zero “Archive Folders”, as there is truly only one .pst file per user.

This PC in particular is fully patched with all O/S updates, anti-virus, etc…and a system scan ran clean less than an hour ago.
