photoeditor won't send to outlook email

I want to be able to click the send button on the file drop down list and have a picture sent via outlook email. When I click send I get an error message "cannot establish CMC session". Is there a way around this? I really would prefer to use this program for this task. If there is an alternative program that has this capability I would consider that as an option, but my preference is to get it to work with microsoft photoeditor.

You can't using Photo Editor, look at the following from Microsoft.

This only addresses outlook in "internet mail only" mode, but I am using the exchange group collaboration mode. It specifically states outlook in IMO mode.
