When I start to install Photoshop CS5 Extended or CS6, I get the error “We’ve encountered the following issues Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.”
I click on the “Get Adobe Support Advisor” link and it is discontinued.
I’m using Windows 7 Ultimate on a Toshiba Satellite P205-S6237 laptop.
Can someone please help me?
