Question

php validation issue

By himanitechbag ·
This is a input in php form

<div class="checkbox">
<label>
<input type="checkbox" required name="tos" id="tos"/>
<a target="_blank" href="<?=Route::url('page', array('seotitle'=>core::config('advertisement.tos')))?>"> <?=_e('I accept the terms and conditions of this website, and understand that term 50 % off')?></a>
</label>
</div>

I am unable to understand what "tos" is and how to fetch it.

I added another input box here

<div class="form-row">
<div class="form-group col-sm-4">
<div class="checkbox">
<label>
<input type="checkbox" required name="tos" id="tos"/>
<a target="_blank" href="<?=Route::url('page', array('seotitle'=>core::config('advertisement.tos')))?>"> <?=_e('I hereby confirm that my price is 50 % less than regular')?></a>
</label>
</div>
</div>
Question
How do i store the checked, unchecked value into the db (YClass open source software) and also validate that the box is checked? Also, I want to display the text that they accept as text on the rendering page

thx

Ask the author about this chunk of code. You dumped code here that looks to be part of something quite large such as https://github.com/yclas/yclas/blob/master/themes/default/views/oc-panel/pages/settings/advertisement.php

You may be trying to use something that well, you didn't write as well as didn't tell us where you got it from.

Back to the source and author.
