Picture It Problems

By coford3 ·
When I save pictures using Mictosoft Picture It! and my scanner, a Visioneer 6200, the size of the files usually are 1200kb. I understand that this too large for a picture file. How can I reduce the size (the number of kb) of the file and still maintain true integrity of the picture?

It is comming from the settings of your Scanner software, the things you done is too much high DPI try to lessen the DPI setting, a settings that fit your needs.

You can also use some Photo Editor like Adobe PHotoshop. You can edit the image size, without destroying picture integrity. You can also save it optimized.
