Pilferred email Address

I am getting returned email that I never sent. Most of it is returned from .ua (Ukraine). I have performed a several virus scans, spy scans, etc. but haven’t found anything. The mail looks like business mail but I haven’t actually had it translated. How can I stop someone from sending email under my address?
