plagued with viruses

Hi there…Just looking for some insight on a virus issue. i have one user that is being plagued continuously with viruses. My exchange server is blocking all the attachments…so I’m not concerned as far as that goes. None of the receipients areany that he recognizes. How would his email address be targeted? Could this be related to MSN or p2p networking? Any ifo would be greatly appreciated!!
