I have tried all the software tools online but none worked and i really need to get my video back because it was a precious memory to me. Please I need all the help I can get. Please I really need this video fixed

In the future, make a good backup copy of everything you don’t want to lose.

You need to confirm more information: What type of video? Is it stored on your computer? If so, what file format? Is it stored on a hard disk or removeable device (diskette/SD card/CD or DVD ROM for example). If on a computer, is it an Apple, MS Windows or an alternate format?

Have you made any recovery attempts yet? If so, you could have potentially made the video unrecoverable if you were not careful. Impossible to offer additional help without more information. Good luck.
