plexwriter12/10/32A software missing

RW disc system inoperable due to software problem or missing software. cannot copy from any drive to the F: drive (the cdRW drive) the windows98 os sees the drive, but i cannot send anything there.

i do not know whose software this is to ask forsupport. i found your site with a web search.
