I am using win XP SP2.When i insert cd and move the pointer to a picture, the pointer supposed to changed to hand sign but it didn’t.I have overcome this problem with right click,properties and click ok then the hand sign appears. When i insert cd in another computer the pointer/arrow sign turn automatically to hand sign when i bring it near a picture. how can i solve the problem without update windows?
