I have installed Pointsec for PC on my laptop but it is not encrypting. I was advised to make some changes in the management console but it won’t run. I get the following error “The application failed to initialize properly. Click OK to continue.” Then it terminates. Is there a way to download the management console piece alone and if so, where can I find it? I can’t remove pointsec from my PC because I get a message stating that an installation is currently in progress. I really don’t want to have to wipe out my disk again (I just wiped off Vista and loaded XP because of issues with Pointsec.) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
