    POP3 Exchange service problems

    Hi

    After i Install a new Exchange server in my Network I cant start the POP3
    Virtual Server. The error is overlapped I/O operation is in progress.
    And i have no Event viewr errors about this problem.

    I have 2 Exchange Server in my Network. And i wan to move/copy all the
    MailBoxs from one to another Server. I can do that with no problem.
    And the the the maoilbox(user) in the new server(with the pop3 problem) can
    work in any machine in ht network. i think is because is still use the old
    exhcnge server to do that.
    But after i see the new Exhange Server configuration i can?t see any
    Microsoft Echange POP3 service. Why? And how can i install this service??
    When i try to install the pop3 from the windows add/remove components says
    that is a POP3 Exchange service allready. Here??

    How can i fix this problem??

    Old Exchange Server is : Windows 2000 server – Exchange Server 2000 SP3
    New Exchange Server is : Windows 2003 server – Exchange Server 2000 SP3
