pop3 mail

Hi

I’m having trouble sending and recieving internet email via a pop3 and smtp server, I get a error saying outlook cannot find the pop3 server. After I reboot, everything works fine for a couple of hours, than it will say “outlook cannot find the smtp server, but again after a reboot it’s fine. Please help.
