POP3’s and SMTP’s for OutLook Express

Every time I change ISP’s I always have problems setting up my e-mail (OutLook Express) and Internet Explorer accounts. Does anyone know where I can find the ones I need for WalMart’s new service or have them, wmconnect.com ?
