POWER POINT

CAN WE SAVE POWER POINT PRESENTATION IN *.EXE FORMAT? HOW CAN I DO IT? ANY POSSIBILITY TO SAVE IT IN *.GIF FORMAT OR FOR SCREEN SAVER FORMAT?

Hi,
Don't know if it suits your purpose, but if you select 'save as web page' for your presentation it can be viewed in a web browser. You can host it on a web server or deploy the files directly to the client machine.

You cannot save powerpoint into an exe format, but you can save it as pps format which execute like exe file as for gif you cannot save it as a gif but you can save the entire powerpoint slide to a jpeg format as for screen saver it's extension is scr format. If you really need this format as an exe better used something like scale software.

In the Help file, look up the requirements for "Pack and Go" this will create a PP show that can be used on any computer. It will package the PP viewer.
