Powerbuilder pros and cons

I am trying to build a case study to evaluate if a legacy application based on PBv8 should be migrated to Visual Studio .Net/Java or should be migrated to upper version of PB.

I am looking for a list of pros and cons or some kind of SWOT analysis for this. Please help. It is really very urgent.
