Preserve format in Word email

Type word document, print and post in factory... then click on the email icon and email the same to the admin staff. The formatting of "from/to/regarding, etc..." is all messed up when admin receives the email. I don't want to save the Word document, go to email program and then send as an attachment. Is there a way to preserve formatting when clicking the email icon inside of Word or Excel? Renee
