In our student labs, we have every possible variety of instant messaging software downloaded and installed by students. We would prefer NOT to allow students to do this, but haven’t yet found a way to prevent instant messaging apps from being installed on NT 4.0 and Win95 workstations. I’d really like to include this “block” as part of our custom Internet Explorer install.
Any ideas?
