Prevent multiple same message copies
Is there any way to prevent a user from copying the same message MANY, MANY times from his InBox to a folder housed within a .PST file folder?
I have a user who, forgetting he's previously copied a certain message from his InBox to a storage .PST folder, keeps re-copying the same message a few days later. The result is having many multiple copies of the same message in the same folder.
I haven't been able to locate any documentation on if there's a way to prevent this kind of thing, and if so, what procedures/changes need to happen to block it from happening.
What was Microsoft's rationale for allowign this behaviour? For documents and files, at least there's an overwrite warning that comes up indicating there's already a copy of an identical file.......
Anyway..... any assistance is much appreciated, as always.
Shaun.
