Print Contents of Access 2000?

When I click the objects TABLES, REPORTS, QUERIES, etc in Access, there are 50, 60, 70 entries. 200 tables alone in the TABLE section of my Access 2000. Is there a way to print the contents to a text file or Excel instead of typing out each table and queries’ name manually?
