Print disabled in Outlook Express

I have a workstation in which the user’s Microsoft Outlook Express ‘PRINT’ option is greyed out. Printer (Local LTP1 – EPSON) is installed and functions correctly with all other programs (WORD, Notepad, etc). I cannot find any switches or settingsto change this. You can also not use the ‘FILE – PRINT’ command either.
