I have been having a reacuring problem with a PC at my work that has brought up a question. What are some good tests to do to tell if the print drivers you are using are bad or if it is the OS? My situation is a little older compaq PC with a PII in it that has an HP 6L printer hooked up to it. When i had first set up the machine with the printer everything was fine. It is now about 3 months later and about once a week when the user prints she will get a message that the print drivers will need to be reinstalled. The rest of the week the printer is fine. The version of win95 is OSR2 and i have downloaded the latest drivers for the printer from the HP website. I have had alot of different problems with this printer model on other computers running the same OS but different hardware setup. Thank you for any help and advise.
