Try using the CSVDE command to extract email addresses from the GAL.
csvde.exe -f output.txt -d "dc=domain,dc=com" -l displayname,mail

where dc=domain,dc=com is your domain name (see IPCONFIG /ALL to show display name (DNS suffix)

Using Outlook 2000 and up that I know of, you should be able to print the address book with all pertinent information including the full email address. Go into Contacts, File menu, Print, (don't use the printer icon on the toolbar!). In the print dialog box for Contacts, choose Card Style and play with your page setup and print preview before actually printing it out to make sure that you have it the way that you want it.
That should do it!

For a cool indexed Rolodex effect along the side of each page, check the checkbox under Page Setup on the Format tab called: "Contact index on side." It will help you locate your contacts more quickly if you have several hundred in your contacts as I do!

If you create a new view you can print what information you want. Go to VIEW/ARRANGE BY/CURRENT VIEW/DEFINE VIEWS/NEW. I think you can go from there. When complete pring that view. Hope that helps
