Print Issue in IE and Outlook

I am unable to print out from both IE6 and Outlook 2000. However, I could print out from other office applications. I have done the reinstallation of the printer driver and IE SP1 and Office upgrade. Also, the OS is Windows2000 with SP3. Does anyoneknow how to resolve this?
