print server properties issue

I need to disable the remote notivication when documents are printed. When I go to the print server and try to look at the advance tab under print server properties I get the following eror.
” Advanced print server properties cannot be displayed. You may be viewing the settings of a machine running a privious version of Windows NT.”
any suggestions?
