Hi All
Can you help with this one of our directors has a comapny supplied laptop with a standard domain account, but when i try to add a printer to his laptop the print spooler service has stopped, when i login with a domain admin account i restart the service but when my director logs back in the service has stopped agsin. a restart of the laptop failed to resolve it, i’ve still to look at the laptop any ideas what i should be looking for here?
