Printer mess
A Windows98SE Workstation (let's call it Computer1) is sharing a DeskJet 710 printer. Other Windows98SE workstation (let's call this one Computer2) connects and prints perfectly. Then one day, Computer2 complains that it cannot connect to Computer1 when trying to print (Windows mode). 2 error message appear.
The HP Toolbox program comes up and says that the computer has lost connection to the printer, and Windows tell me that there was a problem connecting ot the printer and the print job we deleted. I deleted and re-installed the printer object on computer2. Still not working. I try to print from another computer on the network(Computer3) to Computer 1, and it doesn't work. I assume problem is with Computer1. I reformated computer1, reloaded from scratch. Still doesn't work. Not wanting to leave any stones unturned, I reformated computer 2 as well. Still Doesn't work!!!!! Computer1 prints perfectly well (Of course), but can'tget any network computer to print to its shared printer.
