I have two printers one a brother hl-820 and the other a hpc500 connected via a switch box.Running win98se the hp printer prints fine but if i try to print with the brother the computer locks even if i try and print a test page.I have been able to print a test page if i print it through the utility on the brother cd.I have reinstalled the brother printer drivers and evev got new ones from the brother site.This has only been a problem since Windows 98 se was installed on the machine I have checked all the cables and switch box.Any help would be appreciated
